Biography

                Allan Tepper received his undergraduate training in pre-medicine and anthropology at Brandeis University.  He received his legal training at Albany Law School.  His training in clinical psychology was conducted at Hahnemann Medical College and Hospital.

 Following the completion of his academic studies, Dr. Tepper worked as a trial attorney and psychologist for the Defender Association of Philadelphia.   He was a staff attorney with a civil rights law firm specializing in institutional abuse cases, and he worked as a clinical and forensic psychologist in a group psychology practice. 
    
From 1989 to the present time, Dr. Tepper has maintained a private practice in law and forensic psychology in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.  His dual training and experience brings a unique perspective to his legal representation and incourt testimony.
